At Guest In Residence, we want you to cherish your cashmere for a lifetime; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is returned in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
